1. Information We Collect

Larch Blend Lab ("Larch Blend Lab," "we," or "us") collects information to provide strategic advisory services. This includes contact information provided during inquiries and metadata from website usage.

2. Confidentiality of Client Data

Due to the sensitive nature of our operational interventions, all client-specific organizational data, supply chain metrics, and personnel evaluations are protected under strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) executed prior to engagement. This data is never sold or shared.

3. Use of Information

Website-gathered data is used solely to evaluate inquiries, improve website performance, and manage client communications.

4. Third-Party Processors

We engage a limited set of infrastructure and scheduling vendors to operate this website and coordinate advisory engagements. Each processor is contractually restricted to the specific function it performs on our behalf and is prohibited from repurposing client data for its own commercial ends — an extension of the same structural discipline we apply to every operational system we design for clients.

5. Retention

Inquiry and metadata records are retained for the duration of the client relationship plus 24 months, to support the "Implementation Oversight" phase of the Diagnostics Framework, which frequently requires reference to baseline metrics gathered during the original Discovery & Audit. Records tied to an active NDA are retained per the term of that agreement.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you by contacting legal@larchblendlab.com. We process verified requests within 30 days, consistent with the same execution discipline we hold our advisory deliverables to.

7. International Transfers

Larch Blend Lab operates from Japan. Where an engagement involves a client team located outside Japan, inquiry and coordination data may be processed by the vendors described in Section 4 under the same contractual safeguards, regardless of where those vendors' infrastructure is located.

8. Changes to This Policy

We revisit this policy whenever our operational tooling changes materially. Updates are reflected in the Effective Date above.

9. Legal Basis for Processing

Where applicable data protection law requires it, we process inquiry and engagement contact data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to a business inquiry you initiated) or, once a Statement of Work is signed, on the basis of contractual necessity. Where we send you Operations Insights content by email, we do so only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in any such email.

10. Website Analytics

We use aggregated, anonymized analytics to understand which Expertise or Case Studies pages generate inbound inquiries, in the same way we would instrument a client's own workflow before recommending changes to it. This data is not linked to an individual's identity unless you have separately submitted a contact form.

11. Data Security

Client-specific operational data collected under an NDA is held on access-restricted systems, consistent with the "Empirical Truth" and "Structural Permanence" principles we apply to every engagement: verified controls, not assumed ones.

12. Children's Privacy

Our services are directed at business organizations and their adult personnel. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18, and we delete any such information promptly if we become aware of it.

13. Complaints

If you believe we have mishandled your data, contact legal@larchblendlab.com first so we can address it directly. You retain the right to escalate the matter to the applicable data protection authority.
